Intermediate
Teenagers who play the piano learn to express themselves confidently and happily. They’ve reduced their anxiety and are enjoying a great full body workout without even realizing they’re exercising. Piano lessons enhance children’s intellectual development and give them an academic advantage over their peers.
Advanced
Research shows that piano instruction has a beneficial effect on the production of human growth hormone, a chemical responsible for slowing the harmful effects of aging. Playing the piano promotes healthy heart and respiratory rates and lowers blood pressure.
