He was born raised and trained musically in New York City, and he continues to practice and study musical styles as music is constantly evolving.

He was fortunate from childhood to adulthood to have great and devoted music instructors both privately and at the conservatory and university levels, and was able to develop these skills in churches, recording studios, clubs and stages both large and small all around the world.

Aquaman Music Ministries Has Developed Musicians And Singers Many Of Whom Are Professional Artists Today. He Is Also Part Of A Production Team That Helps Aspiring Artists Develop And Record Their Songs For The Marketplace. Paul Has Dedicated Much Time To Community Service By Training People To Serve As Chaplains In Their Various Communities and Helping them Develop Compassion for one another. As A Result Of Our Efforts Many People Have Been Able To Go Out Into Their Communities And Bring Value To Others.
